Andy Georgiou has over 35 years of training in martial arts disciplines as a competitor, teacher and coach.

Andy was born in London, England where he first began his martial arts training in Wu Shu Kwan under Grand Master C. K. Chang. After moving to the United States, he continued his martial arts training in Shim Shin Do and earned his first black belt under Grand Master Sergio Barriga. Andy then went on to train in Judo at the Florida School of Judo under Professor Ed Maley, a 9th degree black belt. Andy became an instructor for the Florida School of Judo and later branched out with his own school, United Judo of Tampa.

For the past 11 years Andy has been training, and is continuing to train, in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at RMNU School in Tampa under Professor Robson Moura an eight-time world champion.
